Do you want me to resubmit my entry again or it's OK to be in two parts?

I love your interviews and your stories of visiting North Pole when you mentor pushed your limits to do so. I want to go through same experience as well. I wish, I am in a better financial condition to join MTO as a paid participant but it will put more strain on me at this point. Joining MTO is on my wish list and I am confident that the universe will make it happen.

Please keep shining like a star for people like me and giving us hope and encouragement.

I have a real estate business since 1997 on side in which I bought rental houses. My houses are not generating positive income so I have to have something on side so last year I started managing other people’s houses as well to offset my expenses. From word of mouth and no advertisement now I have 30 houses that I manage but still I have negative cash flow every month due to my own rental properties. At the same time I have a f/t job earns 60K p/y. I am an action oriented, passionate, hard worker, goal orientated, positive and go getter individual but with lack of direction. I have implemented things I learned from the Raymond's various talks and interviews. I set three goals each day and achieve them regularly. Due to my negative cash follow, I am reluctant to sign up for monthly mentor where I have to add another negative figure in my monthly expenses otherwise I would've joined MTO a long time ago. Please help me by giving me the monthly mentor free for a small period of time and get me to the positive side in both of my businesses. I will join the Monthly mentor as a paid participant for the rest of my life.

I have listened and met Raymond Aaron personally in couple of educational seminars. During the seminars, I signed up for Wealth Creator monthly interviews for a very short time period because that what I could afford to purchase. We (myself and my 15yr old daughter) listen to those interviews in car and learned a quite a bit from it. I would be really fortunate if I get a chance to get monthly mentor for free because this is the ONLY ONE THING MISSING in my life.
