And as everyone knows, in Palestine, particularly in Bethlehem the Arab Christians use Allah and have always used Allah in their worship and Bible. So how can Malays be confused when Arab Muslims and Christians are not?
Who reported him to be drunk? No mention in the Australian police report. Only mental illness.
Makes you wonder what measures are in place in Australia to take care of people who are mentally ill after they are released from hospital. It looks like he was left to his own devices while still unstable.
So sad that no one in this boy's family stepped in to protect him from his abusive parents. This didn't happen overnight.
Is this an advertorial by Lok Kawi Wildlife park? It certainly glosses over the reasons behind the fact these animals are so endangered. I think the title should be "10 animals humans will never see in Sabah in the wild before they all die out". It's a scandal so little is being done to protect their habitat and to educate the public on how they can prevent their extinction in the wild.
So the government has gone back on the late CM's promise. Just as the Bruno Manser Fund has premiered their film "The Borneo Case" showing the announcement of no more logging, no more palm oil. Just shows that you can't trust BN politicians to keep their word.
Use machines. There are Malaysian companies that produce harvesting machines. Harvesting is physically hard work and wages are far too low. Instead of complaining about foreign labour shortage, palm oil companies have to change their mindset. People shouldn't be doing this work in the first place.
The constitution allows freedom of religion to all. That includes children. As it is the rights of children are very limited with most decisions dictated by parents or guardians. This applies to children of all faiths. This law will allow children the right to choose their religion when they are of age. Whereas this is not a problem in other faiths, it seems only Islam wants to infringe on that right.
Of course there should be no stigma but what are the immigration authorities doing to check newcomers bringing in diseases previously eradicated from Malaysia. All workers with permits should be detained until medical screening and results are available. Only when they have been cleared should they be allowed to enter the country. It is costly and time-consuming but will save money in the long run.
Malaysians who have children abroad must register at their birth at the embassy in the country of residence. Until the age of 18 children can hold dual nationality if the other parent is a foreign national, only at 18 do they have to decide which they want to keep. If foreigners married to Malaysians are not aware of this, they are naturally reluctant to agree to registering their children as Malaysians at birth.
