This is such a tragic incident yet, I know God will give take care of him. Jeff''s positive outlook on life is contagious, as well as his cheerful disposition. Jeff loved to visit our family, especially since he had a crush on my sister. He continued visiting our family many years after she passed away and even attended the funeral.
