Before I say anything else, I like your nick ;) In agreement to what you just said, I would like to add an adjustment. The terms culture, race, and genetics are all synonymous and relative to each other. The reason why Arab cultures are the way they are is because of the people who populated those regions and made the culture that way which was influenced by their genes. I can't help but think that this was only done and reported on to make the average Joe think that somehow the drug trade is being curbed. That is not true, as the government has made a ton of money off of selling drugs to its own citizens, the government really did transport and help spread drugs to black communities and Gary Webb was reporting about it but he "commited suicide" with TWO shots to the head. Now don't tell that the government wasn't involved in that either.
