Ok..I signed up to this site specifially to make this comment:

1. It either looks like the worlds largest chinese finger trap toy or a giant tampon; may i suggest something more classical and timeless?

2. The placement is TERRIBLE. Is it not possible to get it nestled near the center of portlands skyline? Did a city designer not bring this up?

wow.....its better not to build it at all than to be the laughing stock of the country.
