He is out walking the streets agian...This child is probably scared to death knowing his molester is out and about..you would think they would help the child and keep the molester behind bars..I don't understand the law system anymore......

hopefully they put him in prison and throw away the key.. he already had 2 other charges but let him go free like they do alot of them so they can go out and do it agian.And yes there are alot of them in rochester, i used to live there.
