I realize I only have this one comment to base my opinion on, but tbh you don't sound very into this guy. You can do and deserve better.

But if you'd like to give it a shot anyway, do NOT go over to his house if you don't feel totally comfortable doing so. Even if it were "unreasonable" by somebody's (whose?) standards, that person isn't the one dating this dude, you are.
