As shown in the third Serenity graphic novel, "The Shepard's Tale", there would have been more to Book's character if the series hadn't been cancelled. I should mention that the actual National Review article included 25 more movies by title at the end of the article, and Serenity is one of them.

The Heritage Foundry : Voices of Opposition Speak Out Against Obama's Contraception Mandate 'Accommodation'

I'm glad that people are seeing through the president's deception. As soon as I heard about this "accomadation" on the radio, I was screaming for the Catholic League and others to not fall for it, and from the comments here, it looks like many people haven't, which I am grateful for. I hope that this will transform into a realization that the only way to preserve religious freedom is to vote Obama out of office, because if this is what he's willing to do now when he still has another election to win, I shudder to think how far he will go if he's reelected. ABO - Anybody But Obama. The 2012 election is not about voting the right guy into the White House, it's about voting the wrong guy out.

Big Hollywood : Eastwood's Chrysler Super Bowl Ad a Nod to Obama?

I'd like to add that I got a good look at the black kid's sign, and there is a video on YouTube that explains what he is referencing in regards to Obama possibly being the "Anti-Christ". Whether or not it's true, whoever made the connections has way too much time on their hands. The URL is &lt ;http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bcbloBA2Lek>.

The girl had her facts correct while the white kid turned out to be an ignorant hypocrite. I don't think he understands that the SPLC slaps the "hate group" label on anything that is anti-progressive and anti-liberal (if there is a difference). Basically, any group that doesn't promote gay marriage, illegal immigration, abortion, pacifism, communism, or any other left-wing causes. I had to laugh when he said what he actually believes the Tea Partiers and Conservatives think about Canada. I just don't have anything to top what he said; his ignorance and vitriol speak for themselves fairly well. Finally, the only reason why the Tea Party movement could be "dead after the next election" is because nearly all the Tea Party protesters have real jobs and need to devote their time to earning money to provide for their families. Quite the opposite of the OWS crowd, who mostly live on welfare or their parents' couches. They can devote all their time to protesting because they live on the backs of taxpayers via entitlements.

Breitbart.tv : Occupy Atlanta Mob Refuses To Allow Civil Rights Hero John Lewis To Speak

This "procedure" is so inefficient that it's laughable. The idea that everyone has to repeat back everything a speaker says belongs in preschool and kindergarten. Also, at every event I've been to or seen where clapping was allowed (which is just about everything besides this), the audience always quieted down to listen to the speaker talk. I'm an Eagle Scout, and I held leadership positions in my Boy Scout troop including Patrol Leader and Senior Patrol Leader. All scouts who have these positions sit on the Patrol Leaders' Council, which is the troop's decision-making body. Since everyone who makes these decisions is under 18 and is frequently hyperactive, adult leaders are required to supervise and teach them how to make good decisions. They were more efficient than this. This video is not a good example of anything because of how twisted the procedure is, but I would like to add that true democracy has never worked when it has been tried. There is a misconception in our country that our government is a democracy, which it's not: it's a republic.

Breitbart.tv : Sick Of Media Comparing 'Occupy Wall Street' To Tea Party? Watch This

Every time I hear about how the Occupy Wall Street protestors have no clear message and don't know why they are there, which has happened rather often in the past few days, I think of the phrase "useful idiots." These protestors are just waiting for a group of radicals to step in and use them for political gain, and now the unions are getting involved. Remember the fiasco in Wisconsin? While I completely disagreed with the protestors in Madison, and abhorred both their blatant disregard for fiscal responsibility and the law, at least they had a clearly stated goal: to stop Gov. Scott Walker's budget. Even with a message, it wasn't long before they got hijacked by communists and other radicals. Occupy Wall Street is much more susceptible to radicalization, and it's happening right now.

Breitbart.tv : Georgia Death Row Inmate Becomes Cause Célèbre In Death Penalty Battle

It's a shame to see that so many people are will to prolong the murder of innocents while protecting convicted felons. I'm pro-life and a supporter of the death penalty because the unborn didn't make decisions to justify being put to death, while the death row inmate is there because of his own actions.

That man's credentials on the screen referenced a Christian church, so I'll reference the Bible: Genesis 9:6 - "Whoever sheds man's blood by man shall his blood be shed." That guy obviously doesn't know that the Bible actually advocates the death penalty for murderers. Oh, and for those who discount everything in the Old Testament by saying that the New Testament makes it irrelevant, it is only irrelevant if a New Testament verse explicitly says so. Remember Matthew 5:17 - "I have not come to abolish the Laws of the Prophets, but to fulfill them."

Big Government : The F Troop: How the GOP Candidates Failed Simply by Showing Up at MSNBC/Politico 'Debate'

When I first learned that MSNBC was running this debate, I couldn't believe it. How screwed up is the world when Rachel Maddow looks like the most moderate in any analysis panel (she pointed out that Rick Perry's healthcare includes an op-out)? While I'm not sure not attending would have been a good solution, the candidates should have recognized it for the trap it was instead of just Newt Gingrich. Every time the comentators asked a trap question or tried to steer the debate away from the crucial topics, the candidates should have thrown it in their faces the same way Newt did. From now on, Fox News should run every Republican debate. They're a lot more "fair and balanced" than PMSNBC.

We must support Israel every chance we get, since right now they are our only unconditional allies in the Middle East, arguably the world. The UN loves to bash America, but relies on us for about 20% of its funding last time I checked. If this bill passes, the UN will cease to exist or will lose a lot of its power if it recognizes Palestine.
