I'm all for people to get food stamps who truly need it: seniors, disabled, legal residents, children, ect... Let's get rid of the fraud and illegals though who also use it.

You cannot compare the gay issue with the civil rights movement. Gay people have never been slaves, never told to use a separate bathroom, never sold as property, never forced to sit at the back of the bus, ect.... This is why almost 70% of black people in California voted yes on prop 8.
