he had a deadly weapon. Ignored the officers' commands. POINTS the weapon at the officers. A good case of suicide. And just because he was a good guy and drunk doesn mean he wouldnt discharge the gun (or the officers knowing he wouldnt). This just sucks that he had to die but when it come to a situation like this its either the cop or the disobaying citizen. We all know who will walk away in the end (usually). Prayers for his family and friends :(
