<description>Hey Phuoc- Almond is fine. I once used almond for the crust, because a friend didn&amp;#039;t like pine nuts. The crust turned out just as delicious and crumbly.  </description>

<description>I agree with you. The cookie crumbled oat crust is very versatile, I think it would suit any pie/tart. You are so lucky to have had the crack pie. I&amp;#039;ve only had his cookies, and they are definitely addictive.  </description>
