heh, and I was hoping they would go back to survival horror.. Well, atleast some stuff is at night instead of the daylight which is what makes RE scary..

I'm a big fan of Assassin's Creed and I do think they're milking the franchise at this point. I just hope this one is as good as the others.

Great review! I may want to pick this up. Not a fan of super gory games (this one looks OD'd) but I like what I've seen so far from trailers. They've gone back to what made the first game so great.

What Sega needs to do is re-create the Streets of Rage franchise. I'm sure that would work well if they do it right and fans have been waiting for that for a long time. They tried to do with Sonic what Nintendo's been doing with Mario, but Mario is well... Mario.. No matter what it will always be an iconic figure catering to kids, Sonic on the other hand wasn't catered as much of a kids game, genesis wasn't catered as a kids console anyway. If that makes sense.

Bottom line is, I think we're all frustrated that Sega hasn't produced a solid legacy remake, and they should either move forward with Sonic as 2D (much like Capcom has with Mega Man) or move on to other popular franchises.
