Did I hear correctly? Carney said that Speaker Boehner was third in line to the presidency. I believe he is second in line. Either Carney cannot count (which is highly likely) or he is taking his talking points from Biden who said the same thing. Hard to imagine how these dunces made it to the leadership posts they are in.
