Last time the Left got into bed with the Islamists was in Khomeini's Iran, where they were allied together in bringing down the Shah. Once the Islamists took over completely, the Left was systematically slaughtered at 5 executions every half an hour.

When just one temperature measurement station above the Arctic circle in Canada is considered as evidence when many more were used in the 70s?

With ice taking more volume than water, when wet roads get frozen, they also get broken as the ice opens up cracks into potholes.

Not only should he be investigated, but everyone who has lost a job or business due to this fraud should sue Al Gore and his Sierra club cohorts for loss of livelihoods.

Ditto for those who died or suffered neurological damage due to Malaria as a result of the DDT ban.

And how about those who lost their homes due to california fires as a result of silly forestry policies?

None of these climate researchers seem to take the solar sunspot cycle sufficiently into account. When it was the coming ice age in the 70s, the peak of the solar cycle in 1969/70 the sunspot counts were half of the typical peak. We spend around 3 years at the cycle lows under a 25 spot count. In our current low, where sunspot counts are unusually low, we are 4 years and counting. Is it any surprise that the globe is experiencing unusually cold winter weather. Will next winter be even worse?

Wish I could compare versus factual temperature data but only fabricated data is available.

In building heat and cooling, the bigger the space, the bigger the delay for temperatures to adjust. We need to take into account those delays on a global basis to understand how we ended up with global warming hysteria just when the great fire in the sky quietened down.

It's great news to see executives grow some spine and fight back. The list of lawsuits against the EPA filed yesterday was also impressive. If legal issues can tie up everything that the DC is doing, we should be able to limit and prevent a lot of real damage from occurring. There is so much more to do such as scaling back depreciation timescales and getting OSHA cut down to size before it will be truly worth making things in America again.
