To hear most other long term "public servants" describe it they have taken a vow of poverty to serve the people who elect them - we who elect and re-elect these crooks should be ashamed. Most if not all of the illegal and sleazy details about Rangel were out before the last election. Guess everyone was distracted by all that hope and change - what a bunch of stinking crap. Don't forget the incredible (ridiculous?) pensions and benefits these guys get for even short "service" - benefits they were able to vote themselves from our money!
