I would love to see our landlord upgrade the appliances - at least the refrigerator. it's a 1970's model that's loud and literally gulps on energy. where we used to live before, the appliances were all energy star rated, and we paid exactly half of what we pay now for energy every month. Still, not in favor of this proposed regulation....

I'm all for solitude and quiet reflection, however isolating yourself and having only an animal around may as well be a "red flag" these days. As people we need close connections with other people - it's like free therapy. You need to vent oasionally and you need someone who will be there for you and tell you that everything "will be ok." My hart felt condolences to both families. What a tragedy.

when activating the yellow flash stop signs, cyclists should get off of the bike and WALK across the street, and they don't. i have only seen ONE person actually do that and I almost got out of my car and applauded the guy.

Indeed. Peppermint essential oil on a cotton ball (2-3 drops) works wonders. Reapply every 2-3 days - very, very effective and smells great :)

this is a prescriprtion herb. it's so hard to put this is an category of a drug.... must be truly chaotic to categorize this for people who have alwyas thought of this plant as a major drug. one step further - i say, tax it and legalize it!
