It takes a certain maturity for someone to be able to engage in a conversation where differing view points are expressed. It also takes a good measure of respect, both for your own self and especially for those who hold opposing views. I clearly remember the time when people could agree to disagree and not take themselves down to the level of kindergardners calling each other names.

Our founding fathers, and Lincoln, believed in something called "freedom of speech". What we are watching unfold is the taking away of that freedom by people who have allowed themselves to be used for just that purpose.

Congratulations Cynthia, you have graduated the School of Indoctrination with flying colors. I pray there will come a day when you will truly understand exactly what it means to enjoy freedom of speech. . .in the truest sense.

All I see is an all out effort, on steroids for those who do not understand plain language, to take this Country down. What a great many of us saw when he preached "change" is exactly what we are seeing now. And while I am at it Cynthia, can you explain to me why he changed his tune from HOPE to DISPARE? He fully understands and knows exactly what he is doing. . .and he is counting on people like you to carry out his agenda. . .by calling anyone who happens to hold a different view names.

So please tell us, do you think it appropriate that Obama attend all these galas (what is it by now, three? or ?) while telling businesses they should not go to certain cities for their meetings. . .while telling those same companies they cannot do certain things. . .while he and Michelle turn up the heat

What I see is someone who is working his way to a dictatorship. As has been pointed out by Glen Beck, the faster they throw "stuff" at us. . .the less we see of the BIG "stuff". What's next, an all-out multi-million dollar "gala" celebrating the discontinuance of elections?

Think that's not possible? Go back at watch the blubbering fool who was so beside himself because he was talking to Obama. He spoke, or rather "tried" to speak, right after the woman who cried about not having her own house, kitchen, bathroom. Don't get me wrong, I am a very compassionate person but these people are truly mindless.

The use, and it truly is just "using", of Lincoln is just a smoke screen. I dare say Lincoln just might come back to set the record straight. I believe there was another leader who had the masses mesmerized also. I would not be surprised to hear that the younger people don't even know his name.
