They need to start ticketing bike riders in Lane County for not abiding by the rules of the road. I, for one, am tired of dodging them on sidewalks (when I walk), having them jump curbs in front of me, riding 2-4 across in the bike lanes, etc., etc. They should be a no-more-protected class than the rest of us.
