Since the majority of fatal auto accidents are the result of head injuries, why limit the protection of helmets to such a small minority of vehicles. Since the legislators are so worried about saving lives, they could save even more lives by mandating helmets for all auto drivers and passengers. Oh............................., that may not be such a good idea since it affects YOU and your family that would be forced to wear them. This sounds perfectly logical when presented this way, yet when motorcyclists make this argument it is dismissed. While we are on saving lives: 1. We should outlaw cigarettes since they kill far more people than motorcycle accidents. Or should we allow adults to make their own informed choice? 2.
