no error it keep just trying to define the email they normaly as me for server name but not any more just trying to define the email and keep doing that

all mails in my Iphone 3G is working fine, but i cant use the mail exchange it used to work fine before i update it to 3.0, anyone has any clue how to fix it?
P.S am useing my work account
