. i am sick of this administration acting as though we are not able to think, invest, and rebuild this countries economy ourselves. the men who wrote our declaration of independence knew what they were doing. they were me and you, and we should never let that document fade and be rewritten.
god should never be pushed away. this country was built on god. I'm no bible thumper, but i love god, and i know what his son gave for us. i know why. god is our father and Jesus our big brother and that's all the leadership i need.

the people in this country are beautiful color blind people. that lady was black and i am white. the town we were in was mostly black. the children went to school out there and the kids were wonderful, and the schools helped so much. this divide makes me so angry because i know its all political and not personal. i know first hand how the people in this country can do anything, and realize that we are all brother and sister. we are all gods children in gods country. we have heart, courage, and love. all we need is faith, love for our fellow man, and a congress who understands that the american people make this country great, not our politicians. continue...

i look at 9/11 and see horror, and 9/12 hope, togetherness, godliness. as a survivor of katrina i personally saw the poor helping the poor. in a little town in Mississippi called sardis the people shared all with us. the churches gave clothes tooth brushes, hair products, socks, underwear ,shoes, food, hot plates, and it wasn't just the churches. it was the people. this one woman sticks out in my mind, and every time i cry when i talk about her. this lady was older, and i was pregnant, and also had 7 other kids with me at a Laundromat in sardis, and she asked me if that van outside was mine. i said yes and asked if she needed me to move it. she said no, and walked up to me and put 20.00 dollars in my pocket and told me to feed these kids. both of us had tears in our eyes, and she walked away. continue...

i would love to see a day when the left doesn't blame something on bush. mr. obama just said this morning that he is taking the same actions taken on the iraq war. he's just moving it to afghanistan.let us not forget that bush had troops in Pakistan, afghanistan, and iraq, while also keeping a police presence in africa and other countries around the world. the difference between obama and bush is that bush didn't pay the bullies to leave us alone. he kicked the bullies ass, and freed a nation. gave them a way to enjoy their god given right to freedom. the past 8 years was not bad. the last 8 years showed me how the people in our nation come together to help the weak, tired, scared, and drowned. continue....

there is going to be a protest in Washington on the 4th of july. spread the word! just in case someone from Louisiana is here i want to let people know that there will be a tea party on the steps of the capitol in baton rouge on april 15th.
thanks to Glenn and everyone who is standing up and trying to do something we may just have a fighting chance. we need to act fast though, because obama and pelosi are working fast.
