Wow! Great idea, but certainly sounds risky. I would be concerned with spoilage affecting the quality of the shipped beer. Last thing they would want is to ship bad beer and have that be the true story behind the blog. Regardless, finding new ways to use the internet to spread a message is pretty cool....this is certainly an example.

It's really amazing how much content that you can find on Youtube. I think that it would be really interesting to understand their filtering process for making sure that the wrong type of content doesn't get uploaded. I'm sure that they must come across copywrite issues as well.

I really think that you need to take internet reviews with a grain of salt. Many users check the reviews to get people's opinions and there probably is a correlation between positive reviews and conversion. However, just as in any offline opinion, read someone's review, consider it and see if it makes sense to you....

When considering the Chinese e-commerce market, it's really important to consider the types of products that they buy and how fulfillment is handled....my guess is that both are pretty different than in the US.

I think that it's kind of scary that potential stalkers may use this to be able to track you down. However, it could definitely be a good icebreaker to open up a conversation..."so, you know I've run in to you 20 times in the last 2 weeks and we haven't even met"....nevermind, still kind of frightening....
