<description>To me, this is all to be expected when state and local governments are allowed to demand that out-of-state businesses collect their taxes for them. Why the tax isn&amp;#039;t levied at the seller&amp;#039;s location rather than the buyer&amp;#039;s never really made sense to me. Oh wait, because it&amp;#039;s easier to tax businesses whose votes you don&amp;#039;t need.  To me, this is looking like a year when the Democrats lose the state back to the Republicans. </description>
