I must be in an honest reporting zone where I live but I have been hearing of layoffs like crazy in just the last week. Some are USPS sorting plants, some are Bank America and lots of very small business layoffs for downsizing or just closings, some airlines I seem to recall. First he wants to say the Oil companys are making record profits and there is plenty of drilling going on allready but forgot to mention that most of the new drilling is for the benefit of other countries like China or that he gave Brazil a billion tax dollars to explore so we could be their best customers all the while blocking any attempts American companys make to drill our own sources and provide jobs and relief at the pump.Then he arrogantly makes a comment in a speech declaring that "the American people aren't stupid", but if they can't see through this transparent bozo I must disagree ,which he is counting on.
