I feel so bad for those puppies - they are turned over to a moron who doesn't take care of his animals.

If the dogs were "spendy" as you put it - why did he let it lay there with broken bones? Why were the pups outside shivering? Why did he "give" pups away if they were spendy?

I won't go further into your post because it's a waste of valuable time. Secondly, the owners helped load the dog/puppies into the vehicle - it's not theft. The sheriff is intimidating the owner and coaching him on what to do because he holds grudges and has a vendetta. A lot will be revealed. Did the sheriff cite the owner for dog at large - is he picking and choosing the laws he is enforcing? This is not the first time the dog was hit and didn't receive care. It takes a lot of energy to be so angry Sheriff Olsen - you must be extremely tired. Sheriff Olsen, why are you so afraid to return calls to citizens who question your questionable actions?
