Unfortunately, the papers do not. It's a long process to get the papers in the hands of the carriers, and things do not always go smoothly. My favorite was the time that the Gazette truck backed up to the loading dock & the driver opened the door--to an empty truck. (Either they didn't tell him which truck, or he didn't ask.)
