This is one of those chapters that rang in my soul and settled down in my sense of self.

The idea that selfishness is a weapon to be used to safeguard and protect and speak for them as has no voice is so important. we have a duty

*claps hands* MY CHAPTER! All the chapters have such good good lines, and honestly with the section/chapter switch I wasn't actually sure what I was getting but I got the line about doing for those who cannae do for themselves I'm so happy.

That illustration is so very good, I did not imagine the dromes nearly so horrifying on my first read through

TIFFANYYYY
everyone has THEIR Discworld book and this one is MINE and Tiffany is my GIRL.
(incidentally I did mention the chapters when I went in to commission and I'm still not sure which part I actually paid for oops)

Tiffany my practical ruthless steady and logical girl who is ANGRY about ridiculous monsters in HER STREAM.

I think the difference here is that Vincent DOES get stars. He's described as have nearly a whole constellation in the cupboard and is focused on quantity instead of quality. Susan does reward his Keenness, but had to strike that balance between rewarding enthusiasm and letting him dominate the class.

I came out here to have a good time and Oats' section has me feeling so attacked right now.....

I was raised preeeettttyyy dang religious and homeschooled on top of that, so when I went off to college, the idea of just being able to LEARN and ASK QUESTIONS opened a whole new world to me.

and with those worlds came Facts and the Truths I had grown up believing were suddenly a little wobbly, and got moreso over time. I think I read this book right about that point and it was....uncomfortable to say the least.

as of the writing of this review the most recent two episodes were not available to buy, since iTunes and Amazon release them in sets.

The cliffhanger is terrible.
