Bike sharing and bike lanes are a total waste of time and money. The rush/push to implement this type of boondoggle is a result of the U. N. Agenda 21 initiative. The goal of this initiative is to remove people from the land, abolish private ownership of property and force everyone into urban areas where there will be no modes of transportation that uses carbon based fuels allowed. This initiative is being force fed to Americans at the state and local levels by regulation of land and water use with names like "sustainable development" and "open spaces". All this "planning" is aimed at transferring wealth from rich counties to poor countries in the form of fines, fees and taxes with the long range goal of removing human impact from the planet by population control and the elimination of any human activity that impacts the environment, use your imagination here, if CO2, carbon dioxide, is now considered a pollutant and we exhale it...draw your own conclusions here, despite the fact that plants and trees require CO2 to survive. The point of Agenda 21 is total, global control of everything by the environmental mafia.

They really don't want real "true tax fairness" because that would be that everyone pays taxes and that would eliminate the income of most of the "occupiers". To me "true tax fairness" would be that every person pays something instead of the top 40% of Americans paying 70% of all taxes, that is not at all fair. Something else that isn't fair is the people that get a refund greater than the amount they have paid because of tax credits, essentially getting paid for breathing and this needs to stop also. Every person that lives in America, except for the elderly and those that are really disabled, should pay something in income taxes if anyone pays any tax. I don't even want to start on a discussion about how an income tax is not fair to anyone in the first place but, bottom line, you live here and "benefit" from the county you should have to contribute something to it. No more free-riders!

First let me say that I am most certainly not a supporter of the current administration but the current leadership has nothing to do with a court decision. This travesty falls squarely on the head of the judges that were involved with the case. First the judge that didn't throw the suit out when it was first filed and then the judge that presided over the circus that was the trial. I am curious, was there a jury? If so, the people on the jury also have some responsibility. All that aside, this is absolutely unacceptable, these people are not citizens and therefore have no standing to bring action against the entity that rightfully arrested. I would really like to know what their basis for the suit was.

I don't understand why we are being forced or compromised into concealed carry? Why must we hide the fact that we are willing and able to defend ourselves and our families from harm. The Constitution gives the American people the right to keep and bear arms, it doesn't say we have to hide them. I believe it would be far better to "open carry" so every dirt bag criminal contemplating a crime would know you won't go down easily and would perhaps reconsider his crime. It seems to me open carry would be a far better deterrent to crime than concealed.

Yes, occupy the dream, but what is the dream? For these folks the dream is to be tyrants, sitting on the backs of the working class sucking the life out of them. They want free food, free housing, free education, free medical care, jobs that pay great wages for no work. Who do they want to give them these things, well the government of course but where does the government get the money, everything comes down to money, to pay for these things? From the people who work and pay taxes so essentially they are calling for the government to enslave those that work. Their demands require the government to confiscate earnings from workers and give those earnings to the occupiers in the form of all the free stuff they are demanding. If that isn't the definition of Communism I don't know what is. Can we please take up a collection, voluntary of course, and buy each of these leaches a one-way ticket to Europe where they will be welcomed with open arms?

Why don't the DemocRATS ever learn that if you tax something you get less of it, that does include tax revenue. Tax cigs; fewer people smoke, those that continue to smoke will find a way to get around the tax, tax revenue will increase but always fall short of the pie-in-the-sky projections. Raise income taxes, people will work less, will work "under the table" or will stop working again, bringing in less that expected tax revenue. Catch a clue dimocRATS, people don't like taxes especially when they know the revenue raised will be wasted by the politicians on illegal immigrant benefits, given to those who won't work, wasted on pork projects or just stolen.
