Hi, I unlocked correctly my Iphone 3GS, but now I´m experiencing that my Iphone waste a LOT of time charging its battery!!

Hi, I need the step by step, coz i followed all the steps, and when i look if the baseband changed from 5.14 to 6.15, it does´nt work.

My Iphone is 3GS, version 4.1 (New bootrom)

Look what I did:
I did all the steps to unlock mi 3GS: (New bootrom)
* First I downloaded the 4.1 ispw
* Then I downloaded redsn0w
* I selected the 4.1 ispw, that I was downloaded previously
* I checked the options: Install cydia, and install Ipad Baseband
* Then, I entered in DFU mode, and clicked next, then redsn0w did its things
* Finally I installed Ultrasn0w 1.2 by cydia (But It appeared I message saying something about a trouble with mobile network, however, In cydia appears installed Ultrasn0w
* I reboot my device

AND WHEN I LOOK THE BB, IT´S STILL IN 5.14
PLEASE HELP, I DON´T KNOW WHY??

Hi Dude!! I did all that you say, but when i check the baseband it should be on 6.15, but NO, is still on 5.14!! Do you know what happens?
