. I want to be able to show that there is a light at the end of the tunnel, and that it does not mean that you have to accept being overweight to get healthy again. I want to be inspiration to show that you can take control and do anything, because I know what its like to think theres no way out. With all that said, I respect you very much and wish the best of luck to everyone on here. To be honest, I feel that everyone has gone through something in there life that make them deserve to win and be happy. I have become a personal trainer and have become so passionate about making people feel better about themselves and it is so rewarding for me that I cant imagine how you feel because of all the people that you have helped. Thank you for your time! Kyla

my name is Kyla and I am 20. My story is pretty personal, but I thought I should share it. Well, I have been dealing with anorexia for the past 2 and a half yrs. It started after I was discharged from the marine corps for an injury. I felt like a failure and thought I had no more control in my life. When I started learning more about fitness and nutrition I became obsessed with it. It was the only thing I could control in my life, or so I thought. I became a completely different person and was horrible to the people I cared most about. I felt so bad there were times I just wanted to give up on my life. I was hospitalized 2 times, the most recent a few months ago. Now I have finaly gotten myslef back. I learned a lot about myself these passed years and I am very passionate about going back to that hospital and becoming a recovery speaker. There were many while I was in and they were all out of shape. I feel that if I return in great shape then i can help motivate and prove that you CAN be healthy and look great at the same time and that there is nothing to fear about it......continue to next post (sorry I tried cutting it shorter but it was still too long)
