Denver Real Estate and Relocation : How Many Dogs Can I Have, legally?

You will need to check on the specific area you are moving too. I remember researching you can have more pets under a certain age, but I'm not sure about the rules for breeding. Have you located your home yet?

I could be wrong, but I don't think a ferret would be considered as a "exotic animal." To me exotics are lions, tigers and alligators...

Denver Real Estate and Relocation : IKEA Still Digging In Centennial

Thanks for the response Eric! We should have figured the parking would be well-taken care of! So many people are anxiously awaiting the opening of the store. It's going to be fun having it so close to Denver.

I agree Steve. It's time people stood up for their consumer rights. BOA takes money from the Gov. in one hand and mistreats the general public with the other. I've never had to deal with such a horrible institution before. I could maybe forgive them if it was an isolated case or two, but as the case states, it's a pattern of business for BOA.

Denver Real Estate and Relocation : Light Rail Offers Commuters

Seats? It depends upon the time of day and the place along the line. For me, I'm at the end of the line, so there's 99% chance of always having a seat.

Denver Real Estate and Relocation : Choosing a Neighborhood

Hi Lorraine, Metro Denver has some very nice rural areas. Do you have an idea of your work location? It would be helpful to know so I can suggest areas that would not require an exhausting commute. kk

InsideRealEstateNews.com : Forbesgate continues with removal of Denver articles

John, I'm a techie. Each page had a unique URL. They deleted only Page 1, not reading/thinking about Page 2. At the present time if you do a Google search for "Denver Mayor Forbes" you will see page 2 of the article has not been taken down. You have great position for those terms as #3! Now it will be fun to watch how long it takes them to discover the error. Most savvy folks these days monitor their reputation by using Google alerts and other services like Trackur to be notified at mentions of their Name or in Forbes case their Brand. Let's see how Internet savvy Forbes actually is. BTW my friend @comomma (Laura Scheer) first discovered this. I must give credit where credit is due.

John, I don't know who's running Forbes. I do know they only took down Page 1 of the April 19th article. Page 2 is live and indexed by Google, just another oops. http://www.forbes.com/2010/04/19/inventory-denver... P.S. Thanks for spelling my name right when they didn't. Now that's good reporting! :)

Denver Real Estate and Relocation : Denver Real Estate Not Really 2nd Worst Selling

Thanks Lani, you are the one who deserves the credit for alerting us to the issue. The first post was good, but the second one actually woke a few people up. I was impressed at how so many answered the call and put pressure on Forbes to investigate further. Thanks! kk

InsideRealEstateNews.com : Realtors: Forbes unfair to Denver

When I DM'd @Forbes on Twitter here is their response: Forbes Lifestyle @KrisTalk Thx for reading. Checked #s, all correct. Data is for metro areas (a city and its surrounding suburbs). Appreciate the feedback! 3:20 PM Apr 8th via HootSuite Checked #'s? Sure. Or maybe the surrounding suburbs of Denver are Phoenix and/or Las Vegas!

Denver Real Estate and Relocation : Homes for Sale in Denver Face Scams from Craigslist...Still.

Malita, Good for you to warn your clients about Craigslist. My client on this property was not the least bit surprised when I explained to her what was going on with her home. She had a family member who had also had a bad experience with CL. Craigslist has been a good resource for so many things, I think the "free" aspect of it draws too many unsavory characters. Once again the bad habits of a few ruin a good thing for the rest of us.
