It's true, cab companies are complaining about him steeling their business with out having to have to pay for permits, taxes, etc. the cab companies have more influence on the powers at be than this guy. there is a whole 20/20 Dateline thing on it a wile back. they portrayed him as making a pretty good tax free living wile he was running a couple of busses.
