/Film : The First Five Minutes of Blood: The Last Vampire

I certainly got a 60's action/thriller vibe from it. I hope this carries through to the final print and not just in part to the poor encoding. As much as i'd love to see a live-action Blood+ i dunno a feature film is the place for it. As far as exploring the themes of the original film this looks to be something interesting indeed.

/Film : The Brothers Bloom Video Clip: "The Mark"

I was afraid via the trailers that this was going to be a stark departure from what little i knew of Rian Johnson's previous work (non plural). Despite a very different tone from Brick -- it looks like we've another original, entertaining and hopefully well rounded joint from Mr Johnson. This. Looks. Incredible.

/Film : New Clip From Pixar's Up Introduces Dug The Doug

I have to say, being a usual Pixar fanatic, that it took me the final trailer (seen whilst watchin' Wolvie: Origins) to get excited to see the movie. If you dig this little scene checkout the new trailer. It gives a much better look at what the film could be while also putting to rest doubts that this flic doesn't have the guts of a normal Pixar joint.

I hope there's a Sockbaby cameo. He is, of course, the sock-savior of the sock-people. Do you wanna food-up™ with me, or what?

/Film : Live-Action Blood: The Last Vampire Coming to the U.S. via Sony, New Trailer is a Must Watch

There already was a further study on Blood: The Last Vampire. It was called Blood+. Both were concocted by Production I.G. and Aniplex. It should be said, however, that it was more an alternate take on the original design. This trailer appears to be decidedly less subtle and lacking in the depth the series (or the original movie) had the time to explore. I wouldn't turn down a viewing. Both missing the weight to chew on and applauding more swords cutting demons in tween.
