I think step number is to realize that we should not allow people to determine our value. No person on earth has the right to determine what I am worth. Simply because the creator of the universe made me and therfore only HE has the privelege to determine my value. Understand that that value is equal to Christ, because that is the price He paid for you.

When someone put you down, remember that they simply don\\\'t understand your value yet, forgive them and move on.

Most importantly. Break the spirit of intimidation that is hanging over your life. That spirit causes you to devaluate yourself.

You are worth more than you can imagine. Start spending more time with people that realize that.
