Turns out its the parens () around the first www.912action.org link causing it to not work - the message board is adding the second paren to the web address. Any of the other www.912action.org links in this thread should work

It should popup a dialog asking you what to do with a PDF file. Pls try once more and let me know if it still doesnt work

Thought I should get this out in the open, as opposed to buried in the nested comments of my last post:

OK, here's the deal. I cannot pull this off on my own. However if we can et organized we can make this happen. It's a simple idea but we out number them big time so lets make it happen. I've started to re-do a site I already own (www.912action.org)

originally I wanted to help organize tea parties, marches & such but I now feel that my current plan will be SO much more effective.

I have a link on the main page to the '912action-manifest.pdf'
Please read the doc (its only 4 pages) and give me some feedback. We need to do the following:

1) refine the doc and agree upon a final version

2) decide what to charge for membership fees (this is ONLY to support real costs associated with getting our people legally on the ballot and possibly some travel for the organizers)

3) implement the plan, begin the process of defining candidates and eventually narrow them to our collective choices (from our own ranks).

Hi everyone;

There used to be a page linked to the912project page where you could see all the 912/we surround them meeting groups by state. I'm onto something new that I think will allow us to actually take America back ! However I need to find the listings of the various 912 groups.

Anyone know what happened to the listings by state pages? Or other places to look. I looked at meetup.com and I can only search within/near a zip code. This is minimally helpful

I set it up for exactly what you describe here - a place to get organized and take action. I'm open to ideas, help, directions, etc

Hi everyone. I've just secured the domain www.912action.org were setting up a site where we can get organized, plan events, share resources, etc. Any webmasters or web developers out there who want to help ping me at kevin@kevinkempterllc.com

We should have the initial site up later tonite. We'll start by trying to lead the effort for a march on Washington. We can also use the site to organizte tea parties & such. We'll be using Joomla to run the site so as folks step up to lead certian events then we can give them (the leaders) access rights to an area of the site.

I'd like to setup a mailing list as well - any majordomo experts out there who can get a mailing list infrastructure in place for us?
