A lot of being healthy is nutrition. Making those small choices to eat something like veggies and fruit over quick and easy simple carbs can make a huge difference! Congrats on your weight loss! That is awesome!

It is very sad. I know lots of people that know their lifestyle is unhealthy and will lead to problems down the road and their response is always, "But I'm happy." Maybe now you are, but later will this all be worth it? I always tell myself if I can just help one person turn towards a healthier lifestyle with this blog that it would make me very happy.
