KY3 : Former waiter going to prison after swiping credit card info | KY3 News, Weather, Sports - Springfie

I'm not worried about criminals getting my credit card because the laws protect us and we are liable for $50 unless you have fraud insurance on your credit card and everything is taking care of. Of course, you can't say your credit card was stolen a week ago, because otherwise, everyone will say that you are in on the alleged credit card fraud. I don't like businesses that can charge my credit card account because I didn't opt-out of something. I also don't like being signed up for a never ending membership that keeps charging my credit card. I would like to have more control on that end. If I don't pay the bill next month, then that means I don't want the service. In order for the charges to be removed though; you must give the credit card company permission to press criminal charges. So you can't just abuse credit cards by running up a debt and then reporting it as stolen. Someone has to go to a correctional facility in order for the transactions to be successfully removed.

KY3 : Life in prison for a Mountain Grove man who killed his cousin | KY3 News, Weather, Sports - Springfi

"My question is what does it take to get the death penalty? The death penalty is an expensive process for states. If a state is lacking evidence, then an a public defender can stretch the case out a long time costing the state a lot of money. Public defenders are very good at making a case last years. No state in the United States is doing good right now, financial speaking. They are all suffering greatly and are very cautious about who they try to get a death penalty judgment against. For the record, I don't see the big deal why people hates seeing people go to prison for life. Having those people in prison creates jobs for people that puts money into community so other people can have money to. I think people believe they earn their money, but they don't. All money originally comes from the government (Treasury) and it gets distributed around. The government issues money to organizations that conduct scientific research, they hand money to all the government agencies that began with Department of...., they hand money to educational institutions, they hand money to Sodexo, they hand money to companies like Boeing, 50% of a physicians salary comes from Medicare (according to CNN) and that is not even counting how much of their income comes from Medicaid (or the new name for Medicaid now is HealthNet -- Medicaid doesn't exist anymore) All this money gets spent at retail, fast-food, higher-priced restaurants, convenient store/gas stations, and all though the rest of the service businesses that we have. Here is my philosophy on what taxes are for. Taxes gives money value. As long as there are taxes, then the Treasury can print money to pay for everything we need. People talk about inflation causing prices to go up, but as time progresses, prices has to go up. If we didn't print money, then we'd have a surge of people doing without causing the mark-up for those products to skyrocket because the value of those products wouldn't earn as much money at low prices, so the wealthy would be the only one's buying it and companies would began milking wealthy people out of every cent that they had.

I was picked for jury duty only one time for some murder for hire case. They disqualified me because I told the prosecuting attorney and the judge that i needed more than one witness to give a guilty plea. The law says that only one witness is needed in Missouri for proof of guilt in court, but I wouldn't go along with that. They can find someone else to do that. They want people that won't raise their hands on any question to both the prosecuting attorney and the defense.

Wal-Mart keeps your application on file for many months. Wal-Mart claims the application is active for only two months, but I believe they keep them longer than that. I say they keep them forever or they keep them until newer applications over-rides new entries because of lack of disk space. McDonald's keeps your application on file for two months, well they say that. Anyway, they could have applied already and are just panhandling until they can get a job. Or, they may be applying for disability as an income, or maybe as a way to get help from Vocational Rehabilitation so they can find a job with a vacancy spot for them to fill. I guess they could be out there to make $100,000+ a year and after their panhandling job, they get into their brand new Lamborghini and drive home to their $1 million home, but I doubt it. Television shows have shown some of those panhandlers making big money, but that is going to be very rare. Just like it is rare for just anyone wake up one day and decide that they want to be a movie star and they become one. The media makes things sounds really big like everyone that panhandles is wealthy and they make it look like all actors and actresses that help produce a what turns out to be a popular movie, rich. But we grow-up and realize the media is there to make things sound bigger than they are.

You would like the game "Grand Theft Auto IV". If you run from the police, they will shoot you. Very long game! It is so easy to get lost in the city by dating and having sexual relations with a woman name "Michelle". You can go get drunk with your friend Roman and try to drive back to Roman's house without getting caught by the police. After a night of drinking of hard liquor (on a video game), it makes for some "excellent" driving (especially, if the police sees that you are driving while impaired).

Well, I was responding to the comment above me on the contradicting quotes and just added my views (opinions) in there for fun. You're correct on the suing for injuring someone, but also the law is way more complicated than that. When you look at suing, judgments, and garnishments; you must also look at the debt collection act which states a person must be left with $800 a month after taxes. So, I say good-luck with the suing, judgments, and garnishments. You break into my house and cause me to feel threatened, then you will be disabled (if not dead, depending on the level of dangers I feel that I am at and how quick I have to react to a dangerous situation). You can try to sue, but there are debt collection laws that protect what itty bitty worthless paper currency that I have. It would be fun though to watch someone sue me though. I would enjoy it dearly. My favorite part is when they determine how much they can garnish. That would be hilarious.

Well, in all reality, whoever this guy is, he didn't get that much to be considered for a position in the U.S political system. I say he may have potential but he would need constant supervision that would help him fraudulently extract more money from the cracks of the U.S system. That $100,000 that he extracted wouldn't even pay one politician's salary in Washington D.C. Politicians in Washington D.C would call him a noob. If any reader don't detect the sarcasm, then you're ignorant. ;-)

KY3 : More Missouri employees claim they\'re not getting paid | KY3 News, Weather, Sports - Springfield, M

There are probably some sectors in the public sector for the state government that has problems with payroll, especially with tax revenue down, but many people enjoys government job because they see it as more secure and steady than private work. It seems the steadiest work is working for social services, mental health, or the division of vocational rehabilitation. Not sure how consistent the pay dates of teachers are, but back when I was in school, those teachers could count on the same value paycheck every month. The federal government, I believe is where everyone would love to work because you know you are getting a paycheck from them, because if they run out of money, they can always print more and pay you with that. The most secure jobs goes in this order, federal government, corporation jobs (top tiered employees), state government, and small to medium size business that offers some kind of professional trade or service. Sure a federal government employee could lose there job before a small business employee, because all businesses use the "which one of you is the weakest link that is putting a drag on this company or organization because you lack the skills to stay up with everyone in the organization", but generally a federal employee is considered very safe. They written up articles online and mentioned that the federal government actually is paying more than the private industry. The private industry can't afford to pay, but the federal government can afford to pay higher wages because they can print more and more money.

I like your contradicting post. "Kill the people who kill" and then you say and I quote "Only God has the right to decide who has the right to die." So which one is it. Can humans be allowed to kill, or should this "God" (some spiritual being that societies created to brain wash you to believe in) is the only one allowed to end one's life. I like the idea of killing people who enters my place of residence that intends to do harm to me or someone that I know. This is legal under the law as it constitutes self-defense. However, it is illegal to chase someone down (after they kill someone you know) and shoot them because that isn't self-defense. To kill using self-defense is when you believe your life is at risk of being lost. For me, if I decide to shoot someone in self-defense, I don't want to kill them. I want to make them permanently disabled for the rest of their life by shooting them with a .22 caliber pistol in the knee-cap. I want them to wake up everyday and remember why they have to limp for the rest of their life. Killing someone is too quick of a fix. Maybe if you believe in these stories about heaven and hell, then maybe killing is a more justified way of punishment, but it isn't for me.

There are very few people that wouldn't do anything if they weren't paid. Law enforcement officers and firefighters would perform the same level of work if they were not being paid as a law enforcement officer or firefighter. I'm not discrediting them, that is just the laws of natures. You try to get anyone to work for free. Won't happen. If I seen someone beating up an elderly person, then I would beat the hell out of them as long as they wanted to fight, but it isn't my job responsibility (not being paid) to apprehend the suspect. I'll fight them right there but I'm not going to chase someone 5 miles and fight him. That is too far and not worth my time. Now, you pay me $30,000 a year and I'll bring that individual in. By the way, everyone earns every cent they make. Hell, even a Wal-Mart greeter earns there $7.25 an hour. You don't believe me, then go get a job as a greeter and see if you don't believe that they earn every cent of that paycheck. Even politicians earn what they make. They have to read thousands of pages of documents in 2-3 days. Sheez, it would take me I don't know how long to read thousands of pages of boring legal mumbo, jumbo. I know, you may discredit minimum wage workers or something and see them standing around in stores and think their job is way too easy, but could it be that they are really good at it and they make it appear like that it looks easy because that is how professional they are. I used to think certain jobs were easy until I had to take them and found out what the real core responsibilities were for those jobs were. It totally surprised me. I'm sure when the customers saw me, they thought I made the job appear easy and I wasn't worth the minimum wage that I was being paid.

Yeah, I agree with you, that would be nice. If a person is homeless, they have to pretend to worship what the organization believes just so they don't freeze or starve to death (assuming that the religious shelter has a soup kitchen). I guess there is always food stamps. I read an article how food stamps is some people's only source of income. They stay with friends, family, or a homeless shelter and buy food with their EBT cards of the SNAP program which is paid for by the Treasury's money making machines. People don't pay taxes anymore for government services and programs. People pay taxes for the Treasury to print more money. It seems our new manufacturing industry is printing money. We don't make anything anymore and what we do make gets sold for printed money. I guess what choice do we have. Just keep printing and printing more money and maybe someday we will be able to create products that we can sell each other instead of buying all of our products with printed money.

KY3 : Man is charged with murdering woman in Howell County | KY3 News, Weather, Sports - Springfield, MO |

How do you know this man is a killer? Did you witness the murder and forgot to report it to the authorities? Did you know that makes you an accomplice? You could serve a nice prison for the crime that you committed if you knew that he murder this woman. If you see a crime being committed, you must report it, or otherwise you will end up being apart of that crime and doing the time for a crime that you did not want to engage in. Look at the sexual abuse that went on in the Amish community. They didn't report it and now they are being tried and will have to serve some time, all because they failed to report a crime. For future reference, you see a crime, report it. If you didn't see this crime, I would watch what I say like giving a definite answer to a scenario that you know absolutely nothing about. I'm not getting on to you. I just don't want to see you throw your life away. The Internet is becoming more and more a reality everyday and the law is being written more and more everyday to accept people online as individuals that are participating in the real world. The Internet is not a safe network to play in anymore. It used to be, more so, but now it has evolved into our marketplace which has inheriting the same criminal justice system as saying or doing something in public. Watch what you say. I don't want to see you lose everything you have worked for just because of one little posting.

I like your thinking "lilarky". It seems you think like I think. I need to see clear evidence before I can find a person guilty. I was called for jury duty once and they asked if I could find a person guilty with only one witness. I said I couldn't and they dismissed me. They dismissed everyone else because the defendant had a pending sex crimes against a child that he was also being accused of. People are too quick to judge and this causes them to be blinded by any doubts that a person has committed the crime. I just can not declare someone guilty without using the "beyond a reasonable doubt" that our criminal justice system has written into law. I believe the "beyond a reasonable doubt" is necessity for a criminal justice system to be fair. If I were to become an attorney someday, then I would concentrate on criminal law and represent the common person to ensure that they get a fair trial. I would try my best to ensure that there is not any doubt before a guilty verdict is assigned to the defendant. lilarky, you are cool for thinking the way you do. You don't let any situation stir up biased thoughts.

You're not too keen on just prison for this couple, so about an amended punishment that I quickly came up with. Get this! We send them to prison, but they will be held in the smallest cell that the prison has. Then, we feed them Ol' Roy dog food. Then they can wash their delicious meal down with a nice bowl of tap water. Then, they can be let out once a day on a leash so they can engage in a little outdoor activity. Finally, if they want to stay out in the prison yard for longer than a guard wants to stay with them, then a chain connected to their collar will prevent them from running off. I would never feed a dog Ol' Roy, because supposedly it does harm to their kidneys. Well, from what I have heard, but I think Ol' Roy would be a good feast for these sadistic criminals. That golden puppy in the video looks like a fun puppy to have. Hopefully, it gets someone to play with soon. I just want to add, I hope all the dogs and puppies gets someone to play with. I didn't mean to be so biased on one dog.
