Being a veteran, I believe that Obama is the worse president and commander in chief. He is a joke!

Obama must be replaced come November at the very least!

At the rate that Obama and this administration are going, America is going to end up bankrupt and China will then own us!

Can anyone imagine if we as citizens were allowed to write I.O.U.'s to pay our taxes?

The WHOLE federal suit should be thrown out! When the federal government CANNOT do its job at securing our borders, then the states should step in and do it to protect it's citizens.

The ILLEGAL ALIENS are CRIMINALS and have no rights being here in the first place. I say, "Round up each and every one of the 20 million ILLEGAL ALIENS and deport their collective tail-ends back to their own country and then send the bill to the Mexican government (seeing that the majority are from there and that they have let ILLEGAL ALIENS enter their country on their way here) the bill for the total costs that we the taxpayers had to pay!

NO DREAM ACT! NO AMNESTY, PERIOD!

I say that we bring home our troops and let other countries take care of their own businesses. We have NO business being in Iraq or Afghanistan!

Bring our troops home NOW!

I could not agree with you more! It is way past the time for our government to be held accountable for their actions, especially Obama and his administration.

I don't believe that there will be any lives lost due to this information being made public. I do however believe that Obama and this administration will have a lot of explaining to do.

It's hard to say exactly how much is spent on government services for illegal immigrants, but there are several estimates. When calculating these costs, most experts include the money spent on the U.S.-born children of illegal immigrants, who are U.S. citizens.

Here is a sampling of what studies have found:

* EDUCATION: The U.S. Supreme Court ruled in 1982 that states must provide public education to a student regardless of legal status, a cost borne mostly by state and local governments. Children of illegal immigrants make up about 6.8 percent of kindergarten through 12th grade students in the United States. In California, it's at least 10 percent, according to the Pew Hispanic Center. The Washington, D.C.-based Center for Immigration Studies, which supports stricter immigration enforcement, says it's 13 percent and that the students cost Californians roughly $9 billion a year.

* SCHOOL LUNCHES: A report by the center found that 40 percent of illegal immigrant households in California get food assistance, such as free school lunches, for their children.

* HEALTH CARE: The center estimates that 62 percent of illegal immigrants don't have health insurance and that they make up one out of four uninsured people in California. Illegal immigrants are less of a burden on the health care system than other residents, however, because they have less access to services and tend to be younger and healthier. A study by the Rand Corp., a nonprofit research institution, found that illegal immigrants in 2000 made up 3.2 percent of the U.S. population but only accounted for 1.5 percent of medical spending in the country.

* INCARCERATION: Studies have shown legal and illegal immigrants, when lumped together, are incarcerated less often than U.S.-born residents. But the federal government estimated that 12.4 percent of California's state prison population were illegal immigrants in 2004. Few, if any, were in prison for immigration violations. By comparison, illegal immigrants made up about 6.9 percent of the California population that year.

The Fresno County Sheriff's Office says about 10 percent of its inmates are illegal immigrants. A spokesman said most were there for crimes unrelated to immigration violations.

I agree, but we should do both, enforce our immigration laws and round up each and every one of the 20 million plus ILLEGAL ALIENS, ship their collective tail-ends back to their own country and put the owners, Board of directors and the rest of those that employ ILLEGAL ALIENS, in jail, along with huge fines!

Being that I am here in California, I don't think that this is a good ideal. I say just ship their collective tail-ends out of the US and back to their own countries and send the bill to Mexico for ALL costs incurred!

Mexico and the other Latin American countries should mind their own business and stop meddling in ours. They are only interested in the money that the ILLEGAL ALIENS sent home to their families (taking it out of our economy).

We have every right to protect our citizens and to get rid of the 20 million plus ILLEGAL ALIENS. Deport them home and have them fight their own government for benefits and jobs.
