How does anyone posting anonymously on the net call out a kid not even of drinking age for flaking out simply because he isn't doing what that anonymous person wants? Take a deep breath and consider this: Wegher is still in school and he has committed no crimes. That's better than a number of peers have done. Kudos to Brandon for knowing there is more to life than foosball.

Maybe it's just me, but this seems an unconventional choice. I understand all the emotional angles to this game, but frankly after this game was done at the time I can't recall ever feeling that I had endured watching Iowa win a game. Exhausting to watch - I can't imagine what it was like to play in or coach. It certainly makes it memorable, but I don't think it would be top of my list. I'd be tempted to create a one game list for just this game.

I have a hat I picked up which came from one of the first guys on the field.... and one of the few who got arrested. As I recall, things didn't get crazy until that Prince inspired crowd control tune started to play.

Oh come on. A 55-0 win is a great game IMO and the look on Adam Wells' face on the youtube clip is SOLID GOLD. Almost as good as the famous "goalpost game" in 2002.
