When we started with our online campus we had a lot of connection issues, and I have never prayed so much for technology as I did then - I told my wife I feel really funny praying for computers, but now I do! Describing personality traits like that is limiting what God can do with the person He chooses! In fact, I would say that is the number one important characteristic - that God has called them to that role. THAT is the person who will lead the charge, carry the DNA, and so on, because he can't sleep at night dreaming and planning how to accomplish the vision that God has planted in his heart. That might go without saying, but that would be my #1. The second list fits much better for me, I wholeheartedly agree with Jason Curlee's view on that leadership role.
