Um, no, a bank cannot place a lien on your house or garnish your wages to pay for a car loan. If you don't pay a car loan, then you get sent to collections, and if you still don't pay, then they reposses you car. If you don't have the car to reposses, then they just have to charge-off the debt.

As the mother of an almost 4 year old, it sickens me to think of him crying his eyes out alone in the car for hours on end, and how scared he would be. This woman is not a mother.... giving birth to a baby does not make you a mother, it is how you raise your children. She has no right to even lay eyes on her poor baby boy ever again.

A couple of months? Really? That's all you would give to someone endangering the life of their child? What if it was your child she had locked in the car for 8 hours? Do you think you would be satisfied with a couple of months??

Yes, it is $100 A DAY. What they mean is if you go 1, 3 or 5 days a week, there is no discount, it is still $100 a day.

Hello?? How can you justify shooting someone in the back for not wanting to get out of their car?? If he really did feel he was in danger of getting "run over", then 1, he should have moved out of the WAY, and 2, shot the tires out on the car. Cops are so flippin trigger happy these days, I don't even want to look them in the eyes anymore! Come on people. Something has to be done about the cops who think they are all high and mighty and above the law themselves.
