Some states have implemented a law that forbids picketing within a certain range of a funeral in response to Phelps and his wack-a-doo followers. Since most of those people are from within his family, no one outside his family is dumb enough to join, you have to wonder how this family keeps.............. pro-creating??? The Freedom Riders organization does it's best to attend any soldiers funeral and act as a barrier between the nut-jobs and the grieving family. Great group!!

I've also been the victim of textbook assault where the college decides to change the required textbook to a newer version, even though the old version is only a year or two old. Same material, new cover, higher price. I've even had the college demand that I buy "their" version of the textbook, so it was impossible to buy used or off the internet sites.

Just because a tanker can carry or offload 10% more fuel than another tanker doesn't necessarily make that plane better. If it costs 5-10% more to operate, it's footprint reduces the number of aicraft you can put on a ramp, it you have to build all new hangars to support that plane, and other extraneous costs that are not directly related to operating the plane, if they all add up to be too much then that airplane doesn't meet the needs of the AF. The previous competition scoring was skewed and not held to the proper standards, which is why NG/EADS won.

In a sense they do have term limits. 4 and 6 years. It's our job as voters to enforce them. I agree though. I think they should not be allowed to spend more than 12 years in office. And not be able to jump from representative to senator, or vice versa. 12 years period in any capacity.
