Jeff and Marci Beagley should have taken their son Neil to a doctor. The news articles about this said Neil was vomiting, hardly ate any food in the last days before his death, and was so weak a day before he died that his dad had to carry him to the bathroom and Neil's arms were weak. How is it possible that their judgement was so bad?
