Big Government : ACORN Oklahoma Document Dump: ACORN's Doorknocking Basics

Lol...there's a reason the OK office shut down - because most people here would either start cleaning a shot gun or just slam the door in their faces. I'd love to take on one of these "organizers" - funny, they never knocked on my door! Oh yeah, probably because I'm a white person in a non-ghetto neighborhood. Dang.

Big Government : Sen Reid: Opposition to Health Care Vote is 'Orwellian'

Seriously! Gotta kind of wonder if good old Harry has ever read Orwell...because he seems to be smack dab in the middle of a rather "Orwellian" agenda himself.

Big Government : Pelosi’s Healthcare Vision: Government Mandate or Jail

Have you actually read the Constitution? Because if you had, you would know that our government does not have the power to offer or mandate government-run healthcare. The federal government is given certain powers, and those powers are limited. Everything that is not specifically stated is left to private enterprise and the individual states. Surprise, healthcare is not something that the federal government has the right to get its mitts on...therefore, making federal laws mandating how healthcare can be paid for, offered, or anything else is...ding ding ding! NOT the place of the federal government. Thinking Man did answer your question, he just didn't give the answer you're looking for. It's unconstitutional because it goes against the mandates of the constitution. Sorry, but I just don't know how to state it any more simply than that.
