He hates women and blatantly shows it in his court room. He appoints law guardians that aren't fit to practice law, let alone be responsible for the safety and welfare of a child. Our Family Court judge would hang them out to dry. They'd be in jail for the rest of their lives for "using their children." I know someone in Oneida County who lost custody of her daughter for trying to keep her family together- "she used her child" yet, this Colorado couple clearly has committed several crimes and they will get probation. The Oneida County Family Court System serves only to split and divide couples and their families. They will separate families immediately without any form of counseling set up. Who does this hurt? The children! Our court system would rather sit on their soap box and play God trying to force what they believe as solutions and not once offer or mandate family counseling as a way to cope with the problems of separation or divorce. Had they tried to work WITH this couple instead of against them maybe there would have been a different outcome. As for Kristin's lawyer, he talks out of both sides of his mouth.
