If you don't call and you do dig and hit a line there is a pretty hefty fine I think it's like $25,000. We learned we didn't have to eat out 4times a week nor did we need cable, I only drive when I have too like to go to the New Market where they have the 5 for 19.99, our neighbor raises chickens so we always have fresh eggs, oh and planting a garden goes a long way to saving on expenses, and let's not for get the old fashioned barter and trade to get things done. He never drew un-employment he had a job the next day he went from a cushy office job to, to a job that was hard physical labor, in addition to working on our business. Our hand was forced to think outside the box and it was the best thing that ever happend to our family. Oh he now has a job that pays twice as much as he was making, in addition we both work our butts off on our business. We are still playing catch up on a lot of things but were slowly getting our heads back above water.
