Sure and I personally think that everybody should try everything possible to promote website, blog, forum or whatever version of online business. I don't think that there is universal recipe, so trial and error, plus a lot of analytics.

I personally use CMS that is doing the same job and even going much further in tracking, bounce rate control and list management. It is one time investment and results are excellent. However, I run this option on dedicated server, so I suppose this won't be suitable for most bloggers. Hi Ann! WordPress is definitely one of the most flexible and lightweight CMS systems out there and certainly the best blogging platform which actually can be tuned in anything. OnlyWire won't build links, but traffic from social networks and bookmarking websites, definitely not a link building tool and actually can be pretty dangerous, if syndication is done on regular basis for every post. It is a fact that local searches and long tail keywords are easier to achieve rankings for. One more thing, those keywords seems to have better conversion than generic keywords.

Thanks, Danielle! SEO is moving rapidly, however nothing really major have changed in the last 10 years. Methods are still the same, there are no shortcuts and always require a lot of time and self dedication.
