Not all "those companies" work for the highest bidder. and BW or Xe is one, they only accept contracts that are in support of the United States. They provide a service that frees up our combat troops to engage in combat ops. They are a very large company, BUT most of the employees are support personnel that provide training as well as mine/ IED detection K9 teams. That being said, there are smaller companies that have MORE personnel deployed in support of combat ops. I dont contract with them, I have friends that do. The company I work for actually refuses to even bid on contracts that are not in DIRECT support of the U.S. So ur comments are a little outa touch with the real world. For the last year my service has been horrible, between dropped calls and tower problems not to mention customer service has declined. I complained week after week about losing signal at my house and they said it was my phone....all 3 phones on my plan were doing it. The last time it happened I spent almost 2 hours on the phone trying to fix it, when they transferred me to their expert, he stated my tower was down and it would be completely fixed in 48 hours. Guess what????? Its still going down at least 2 times a month. I will be switching when this contract is up. I use to love AT&T but now Im frustrated as hell and I dont live in the metro area.
