The rich pay most now ! The rich are our freinds!! I have talked with a lot of low income people that are frantic about the thought of paying tax for food and energy . The only way it might be good is if food is exempt and it would have to be set right off the start at a very low rate!! We keep hearing 15 - 20 -25 % Thats crazy high! The number has to be low-low-low 5 % never more than 10%. People have to be able to save money!! That is the key to a weathy and prosperous people. After people are allowed to keep their money and build wealth the good times will come!! People love to spend money if they have money!!
