The beast in Revelation that rose up out of the sea (of people), is Islam. They will hate and persecute Christians with impunity. The "hidden Imam" will be the antichrist because, according to their prophecies, he will lead Islam toward world domination. The "abomination that maketh desolate," spoken of by Daniel the Prophet, which will "stand in the Holy Place" is quite obviously a weapon of mass destruction.

There will be a 7-year peace agreement dividing Jerusalem, giving the Al Aqsa mosque area to the Jews. Obviously this won't sit well with Muslims as the mosque is torn down. The Jews will build their temple (they already have an organization and plans for this) according to the original and will do daily sacrifices as in the old days. After 3-1/2 years the muslims (with an army) will invade the temple and place this weapon...at which time Jesus warns everyone to flee and not look back. This is the beginning of the great tribulation. 3-1/2 years of it before Christ returns.

Regarding the end time, Jesus gave many many warnings about false christs and of people saying, "here is Christ," or "lo, Christ is there." He gave so many warnings, that one is led to believe that there will be a flood of this stuff going on.

Muslims teach that in the last days, the "hidden Imam" will reveal himself and "stand with Jesus" in Mecca...at which time, "muslim Jesus" will tell all Christians to convert to Islam.

I think, we will see this "muslim Jesus" in the flesh...perhaps live on CNN. CNN would extend wall-to-wall coverage of thousands of Christians falling on their faces toward Mecca.

Islam's purpose is world domination. In order to accomplish this, a lot of Christians will need to convert. Perhaps starting out with a "call" from Christ to convert would take care of a big part of it, and the rest they will just have to kill, I guess.

Jesus said that when they say, "here is Christ" ... "believe it not!!"

You know...I just can't follow their logic. Let's just say that if Jesus was, in fact, a muslim, then why do the muslims want to murder those who follow Him (i.e., Christians)? Shouldn't they embrace His followers? After all, they are following a muslim, correct? Did they think this through? I submit that they didn't.

It just gets crazier every day.

With all the trouble in our country and the rest of the world, I am amazed at the amount of brain power being used to try to understand the hidden meaning behind Obama's shoes. Maybe the photographer, unaware of muslim traditions and superstitions, just thought it made a good photograph. Maybe that's all it was. I think I'm going to log off and put my feet up.

Good grief!!! I'm no fan of Obama, but it looks to me like an American guy kicking back while talking on the phone. I'm tired of hearing about everybody else's customs and how we have to be so careful not to offend...what about our customs? Our custom is to relax and put our feet up. He's in America, in his office, talking on his phone. He should be able to do what he wants with his feet.

Jesus doesn't intend for you to give in and start wearing a burka..peaceful resistance. Peaceful, but standing strong for your beliefs.

I don't think it's fair to blame the Bible for the evil of mankind. The Bible clearly states, Thou shalt not kill. It doesn't elaborate. There are no exceptions. There is a period at the end. Don't kill...period. Jesus says to "resist not evil." Turn the other cheek. Blessed are the peacemakers. "Let he that is without sin among you cast the first stone." Jesus never said to bomb an abortion clinic. Being an American doesn't make you a Christian. I didn't kill any Indians, I never dropped a bomb on Japan. I never bombed an abortion clinic. I never vandalized a church.

Blessed are the peacemakers, for they shall be called the children of God.
